How does the 14-day free trial work?

There's no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. You can upgrade from your trial to a paid account in the Billing Info area of your Control Panel once you determine there's a fit.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

What if I go over my plan limits?

If you go over your trial plan limits during the 14-day free trial period your account will be frozen, until you switch to a paid plan. If you go over included in plan minutes while on a paid plan you will be charged for overage fees on per minute basis, but our billing will withdraw $10 from your card in advance. All unused money will be used for next monthly charge. You can upgrade to a higher plan and you will be charged for that plan starting with the next billing cycle.

What types of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal subscriptions to let you pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). If you would like to prepay for 12 months you can pay with an invoice. Please contact us at sales@zingaya.com for more information.

Can I change plans or cancel my account later?

Of course. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time through your Control Panel. Everything is month-to-month. No contracts.
